Significant advancements have been made on the exterior façade and upper-level balcony areas. Installation and finishing works for the architectural elements, glass balustrades, and exterior cladding are progressing steadily. The modern design features are now clearly visible, reflecting the project’s premium aesthetic and contemporary character.

Ongoing activities include façade detailing, interior finishing works, MEP installations, and final quality inspections to ensure the highest construction standards are maintained throughout the development.
