Mr. Muhammad Umeed
Co-Founder
Mr. Muhammad Umeed is a dynamic entrepreneur with an international academic and business background. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management with Honors from the University of Exeter (UK), followed by a Master’s degree in Project and Enterprise Management from University College London. His academic research focused on the critical factors behind large-scale project failures in developing markets.
He began his professional career as a Project Associate with EDF, Europe’s largest energy supplier, before returning to Pakistan to establish and expand multiple successful ventures across food services, natural resources, commodities trading, and construction. His portfolio includes launching the UK-based fast-food chain Mr. COD, operating marble exports to China, and leading commercial construction developments in prime locations.
With a strategic vision to expand into the UAE market, he co-founded USquare Luxe Properties to develop high-quality, investor-focused real estate projects in Dubai. His leadership emphasizes market-driven planning, timely execution, and delivering premium developments that generate sustainable long-term returns while building a legacy for future generations.
