Three Z Holding Limited subsidiary U Square Luxe Properties LLC is excited to announce their mega project in Dubai Island.

A Joint Venture for development was signed with Grovy Real Estate Development LLC on 28/02/2024 at Three Z Holding Limited Headquarter. This is a brand-new development in Dubai Island, with a Gross Floor Area of 87,462 sq.ft. The project will include 8 floor residential units with world-class amenities and is expected to be completed within three years.Explaining his vision, Chairman Three Z Holding Limited Mr Ubaid Ur Rehman Shaikh said:
